TRUDY (Am Ch Safari's Canzone Di Verita) whelped six
Standard Poodle puppies on May 13, 2011, out of the stud, SOLO
(Am and Can Ch Tango Larkspur One Man Band): one black
boy, three black girls, one white boy, and one white girl.
The
lovely pups from this litter have been sold to show and
companion (pet) homes as follows in Oregon-- Portland, Tigard,
McMinnville, Sandy, and in Seattle, Washington. The pups will go
to their permanent homes when they are nine weeks old. We will
be keeping one pup for conformation and as a future breeding
prospect.
We
are now accepting inquiries and interest for future litters
planned for the Winter, 2012.

excellent OFA hips (6/07/2010), clear on inherited eye diseases
(5/20/2010), clear on Sebaceous Adenitis test for skin disease
(6/01/2010), clear for vWD (5/27/2010), clear and not a carrier of NE
through parentage.
Bella
(Champion Safari Bella Canzone Di Notte, DOB- March 14, 2007): good
OFA hips (6/22/2009), clear on inherited eye diseases (10/12/2010),
clear on Sebaceous Adenitis test for skin disease (6/22/2009), clear
for vWD (7/01/2009), clear and not a carrier of NE through parentage.

Standard Poodles
Breeding
for the Best
Canzone
is Italian for "song.” We like the name for many reasons, one
being that our standard poodles put songs in our lives each day. Plus,
one of us is an opera buff!
We are a family of two grown men, one college age nephew, and four
standard poodles. When Geoff and I first became a family in 1995,
Geoff also came with two dogs-- one a standard poodle named Tucker.
Every since then, we loved the breed; we acquired Maggie in 1998, Toni
in 2006, Bella in 2007, and Trudy in 2008. Dutch was whelped in
our home March, 2010.
We
kept Dutch (DOB- March 12, 2010) from our first litter. He is a
very handsome black poodle boy from Bella and Turbo (Ch Avion
Turbulence). Dutch is starting his show career, mostly in the
states of California and Arizona. His registered name is Canzone Di
Giustizia Azzuro, Italian for Song of Blue Justice.
His full littermate, Canzone Bella Nina of Gardenpath, achieved her
Canadian Championship at nine months old!
Dutch
has every potential of becoming a Champion stud poodle in the near
future, pending his conformation achievements and his genetic health
tests. Plus, he has a great sense of humor and a fantastic,
mellow temperament.
Our commitment is to total responsibility in breeding the best
standard poodles. To get to this point, we have had much mentoring and
assistance from Dr. Cynthia Huff of Safari Standard Poodles, Illinois,
as we purchased both of our breeding bitches from her. Our most recent
bitch, Trudy, is her 118th American Champion! Cynthia has bred top
quality standard poodles on a solid record of pedigree and health for
over 40 years.
As responsible breeders who support the Poodle Club of America ethics,
we only breed healthy dogs with completely cleared health checks, no
compromise. We breed dogs with outstanding temperaments who are
confident, friendly, intelligent, and easily trained. Please contact
