Frea, is
pronounced "Frey ah" and means
"friend" in old english.
My poodles are my friends and live with me in my home, so I
am a small breeder. I am breeding for conformation and
performance. Conformation requires an understanding of what fits the
breed standard. Performance requires a very healthy athletic dog
so the puppies come with a health guarantee against genetic
disorders. Performance requires a desire to learn and to
participate, so I look for that too.
Poodle puppies are as individual as we are. Please let me know
exactly what you want and I'll see if one of mine has the right
personality for you.
I only have a few puppies each year so each one gets a lot of my
time. I play with them every day so by the time they go to their
home, it is pretty clear who they are. Some are happy
hunters, some love water, some enjoy banging the boogie board, some
are natural retrievers, some are agile, some may like digging
for a truffle, and all are sweet.
